This week’s Workout Wednesday brings me back to my LA workouts. Runyon Canyon is a favorite because the loop is only a few miles, the view (can be) pretty on a clear day and you will always spot a celebrity. The hills are steep though and the temperature is hot because it’s East side LA. Don’t forget your water, sunscreen, Borelli scarf and hiking buddy.
