For this week’s Workout Wednesday we are hiking in the Santa Cruz Mountains at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park. (You know I LOVE hiking up there.)
The park is gorgeous during the summer and fall. Best of all the entire park is dog friendly! Keep up your workouts over the holidays with family walks, weekend yoga classes or just running around after your cousins.
