Scope: Womens Designer
* Womens CAD, BOM, Tech Packs for: Outerwear, Fleece, Woven Tops, Bottoms and Knits.
* Lead sales meetings with buyers from Amazon, Costco, REI, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra Trading Post, Macy’s, and Gander Outdoors.
* Analyze and evaluate garments to develop accurate fit specifications.
* Ensure products are consistent with the established fit, quality, cost specifications, and manufacturing capabilities.
* Create fit sketches using Adobe Illustrator to assist in correcting fit issues.
* Monitor and maintain fit and construction standards for specified product categories.
* Make style adjustments with factories to ensure the integrity of the design while maintaining quality and target price point.
* Create and revise tech packs across multiple athletic divisions and seasons using Excel and Adobe Illustrator.
* Assist with and lead fit sessions and analyze patterns to ensure desired aesthetic and fit.
* Communicate fit comments and sample requests to domestic and international vendors via multiple applications.
