Dish – Lagkagehuset Bakery, Copenhagen

Last year my younger sister and I spent a few days in Copenhagen, Denmark.  The locals told us we must try Lakagehuset Bakery.

Everything was fresh, flaky and delicious.  It’s located on a main corner near Christianshavn which I’ll feature on Wednesday this week because all the colors and craziness inspired a Drift style post.

On a side note, it’s our turn to host Monday Night Dinners.  Tonight we are serving pasta with broccolini from the bathtub and salad from the side garden.  Cheers to the start of a week full of Copenhagen tips, tricks and tastes!
